About
Katherine Elizabeth is a design service offering truly bespoke soft furnishings, creating beautifully handcrafted curtains, roman blinds and cushions.
At our workshop in Derby, the creativity begins, I personally see each project through from start to finish which includes your design consultation, measuring, making, tracks, poles, and installation.
Since 2014 when KE Interiors was founded, I have proudly specialise in handmade, hand-stitched curtains and roman blinds, using traditional methods with a contemporary approach. I truly believe that good quality design is life enhancing and deliver it in every order I undertake.
Each project is seamlessly executed and beautifully finished, no matter how large or small. I pride myself that at KE Interiors you get a service like no other.

Meet Katherine Elizabeth
With a fashion design background, tackling the curtains in my first home felt quite natural. The skills I gained from my degree were easily transferred over to soft furnishings, I then realised I had an eye for pulling rooms together with fabrics making them flow effortlessly…… I guess this is where I found a new love.
I’ve always enjoyed working with fabrics and being hands-on, so was thrilled when friends and family were asking for my services, from word of mouth this then grew. I juggled a part-time job for some time before I took the plunge to make Katherine Elizabeth Interiors my full-time job and haven’t looked back!
I thoroughly enjoy what I do and have a lot of “pinch me moments” especially when I walk into my studio and realise I have created my dream job. I will forever be grateful for my clients and every order that comes through my door, without you this would not be possible
